In accordance with Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the related communiqué, your personal data is processed by Likya Yanartaş Bungalows (the “Business”) as data controller, as described below. This English text is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Turkish version prevails.

2. Personal Data Processed
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone number, email address
- Reservation: check-in and check-out dates, room type, number of guests, notes you write
- Stay: identity details collected during the stay as required by law
- Correspondence: content of your phone, email and WhatsApp messages
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, access logs (kept by the hosting provider of the website)
3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving, evaluating and answering reservation requests
- Providing accommodation services and performing the contract
- Communicating with you
- Handling requests, suggestions and complaints
- Fulfilling legal obligations
- Ensuring website and information security
- Managing legal claims
4. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds
Your data is collected through the reservation form on the website (once completed, its content is sent to the Business as a WhatsApp message with your confirmation), phone, email and WhatsApp correspondence, by automatic or partly automatic means. The website does not store the information you enter in the reservation form on its own server.
Legal grounds:
- KVKK Art. 5/2-c: processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
- KVKK Art. 5/2-ç: processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation (e.g. Identity Notification Law No. 1774)
- KVKK Art. 5/2-e: processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right
- KVKK Art. 5/2-f: processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred, within the framework of KVKK Articles 8 and 9, to authorised public authorities as required by law (e.g. police and gendarmerie units), to legal and financial advisers, and to the website hosting provider.
If you send your reservation request via WhatsApp, the message content is processed on WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure and may be transferred abroad. This transfer takes place within the communication you initiate and by your choice.
6. Retention Period
Your data is kept for the period required by the purpose of processing and by the relevant legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a data subject you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed
- request information if it has been processed
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Turkey or abroad
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
- request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
- object to a result against you arising from exclusively automated analysis
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
8. How to Apply
You may send your requests in writing, with information proving your identity, to Çıralı Mah. Yanartaş Yolu, Kemer / Antalya or by email to info@likyayanartasbungalows.com. Your application is concluded within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires a cost, a fee according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient, or no answer is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the response and in any case within sixty days of the application date.
